Insufferable experience getting a prescription filled here. Days of waiting with the online portal showing the order was "pending" and no people available to answer the phone. Changed to another Walgreens and the same prescription was filled within the day. Just avoid this location if you need something in a timely manner and without undue burden for something that should be so much more straightforward
I tried to order the same medication 2 times within a day and they said it never went through. This is despite having a specific conversation with the pharmacist about when it would arrive, insurance, etc. When I went to pick up the pharmacist just said “it didn’t go through.” No apology or anything.
Walgreens hours are Monday-Saturday 7am-11pm and Sunday 7am-10pm. Walgreen's pharmacy hours are Monday-Friday 9am-9pm Saturday 9am-6pm and Sunday 10am-6pm.
