Stood in line for 45 minutes, as I have many times before, watching one of the most inefficient groups of people move at the speed of molasses. Then, just for curiosity, called from my cell phone to see if I could get help that way. Got a message claiming there was 1 caller ahead of me. Interesting, NO ONE WAS ON THE PHONE INSIDE THE PHARMACY AT ALL.
