Just sat on hold for 50 minutes to ultimately be HUNG UP ON. Good thing inquiries to the pharmacy aren't in regard to life dependent medications or questions about your health, am I right? Hanging up on someone is deliberately disrespectful. If your pharmacists lack basic phone answering abilities, maybe consider investing in an answering service for your customers/patients.
the pharmacy techs are too scared to ask the pharmacist questions because he is too smart for them and they dont understand words
I always love this place, but tonight it was insulting. First was the guy open carrying guns, which is NOT Walgreens fault, then it was complete incompetence on the Pharmacy staff. A clerk refused to answer my question until I got loud and demanded someone answer. When all the clerks looked he finally asked for help which got me my prescriptions. But a 10 minute argument with the staff to finally get someone to help me was stupid, when I was in the right. I might change my review in the future but until then I am very unhapp... read more

I think Samantha Barlow is the best thing that happened to Walgreens in Texas....She is a very good employee, always willing to help, never complains, and her smile brightens up my day! Well done Walgreens for hiring Samantha Barlow!
