I am disappointed. I went to pick up my father's prescription. I was told someone imputted his prescription dosage incorrectly. Instead of 0.5mg, this person imputted 5mg into the computer system. Not having this medication is detrimental to his health. As pharmacists, do they not know that paying close attention to decimal points can kill? Is there not any type of checks and balances system to check for such errors? I turned in my son's prescription she told me it was voided then she said they lost it during the storm...how could you tell if it was voided if you lost it during the storm???? Then she said there was no record of them receiving the prescription sooooo how were you able to come up with any of these answers?

I hated it for Harvey elderly ppl stoid in line to be told to come back and wait longer and still leave with no meds the lady really came someone picked up everyones meds and insurance want pay ppl just got back so who did u give everyone prescription up everyone in line was screwed at this store lucas store ie closed and college street telling ppl someone already got your meds who because i don't and u have to show identification to pick my meds up because someone so called picked them up before i can't wait to my meds beca... read more

Always gives us the runaround. The doctor gives a prescription. Then they need a pre authorization... Every time. No matter the patient. No matter the medication. Every single time.

This pharmacy has the worst service every they always give me the wrong meds or give me the run around ...THEY HAVE JUST LOST A CUSTOMER
