They are out of stock of my 5 yr old daughters medication. And it’s not because there is a manufacturing shortage, I have called the drug company to confirm that. It is because it has not been ordered properly. I am told MAYBE they will have it 5 days after her medication is due. She is a five year old with an autoimmune disease, it is unacceptable for a child to be without her medication for five days.
The worst experience...I called to verify that a prescription was received...my prescription was transferred to weeks ago and NOBODY...informed me...and Jeremy...rude and unprofessional...dont recommend this pharmacy to nobody
There amazing always working together and as a team
Andrew and the staff at this location could not have done a better job. I am amazed by how professional, knowledgeable, and timely they worked to get us the medicine we needed. The medication that may I add, nobody else within an hour radius had available in the midst of shipping delays due to the recent snow storms. They weren't worried about the fact the location was closing. They were willing to stay with us and make sure we were educated on how to administer.
