Recommendedthere are two gentlemen pharmacist that work at this particular Walgreens that I hghly recommend. They go above and beyond to make sure that my needs are met at the store. I wish I knew their names so I can give them credit online. This is my favorite Walgreens because of these pharmacists. Thank you for your excellent service!

Thumbs down for the pharmacy. My son’s doctor called in his prescription just after 8:00am. I show up at 3:30pm and wait in line for just at 15-20 mins. At this point I’m told by the tech that they are out of the medication that was called in. She waited a moment and came back and said it was actually a computer glitch and if I can come back in 30 mins or in the morning they will have it filled. This is my first time using Sand Springs Pharmacy. They were extremely helpful and kind. Which is a lot more than I can say for most Walgreens I've used.
Landon at the photo department went OUT of his way to perfectly- and politely- print an emergency large poster we needed immediately for our 22nd Annual CPHS Varsity Dance Golf Tournament. The girls & I thank you a TON! You are top notch!!!!
This Walgreens is terrible in every way. Before I explain what they did to me today, let me warn you that they are always under staffed & the lines are unbelievable! If you dare to go through their drive through, be warned that there is almost always 4-5 cars lined up & they take about 15 or more minutes per car. My doctor sent over a prescription well before 4. When I called the Pharmacy line, they said another med was ready and the new one was being prepared and I needed to make sure to bring my benefits card. I waited in line at the drive thru for over an hour only to have the "technician" at the window run my card without telling me a price or double-checking which prescription I needed..she was trying to fill another prescription I had already told them last week I didn't need. I have LIERALLY been on the phone HOLDING with Walgreen's on East 2nd for almost 30 MINUTES!!!!!!!!, waiting for the pharmacy to pick up the phone!!!! This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I live in Tulsa and don't want to drive all the way over there if Mom's prescription is not ready! UGH! THIS IS ONE OF THE REASONS I NEED TO TRANSFER ALL OF OUR PRESCRIPTIONS TO CVS.....WALGREENS SUCKS with Customer Service!
