On a day when we are about to mourn my mothers passing I have to give a huge thanks to a guy named Taylor. I do not know Taylor’s last name but I will be forever grateful to him. As I scanned photos and made memory cards Taylor showed great patience and helped me get through the long process which took almost 2 hours. Really rude cashier old people they tink own the business
I really wish Walgreens would go back to 24 hours. Not good for Tarpon. Getting out of the hospital on a weekend and not being able to get your prescriptions filled for an antibiotic. They should reconsider going back to the old schedule. People are not happy about this.
Never have i ever seen anything like this place. Totally inept rude people in the pharmacy. Don't bother trying to call and ask a question because they dont answer the phone. Have to go to store in person to get answers. When asked why they dont pick up the phone they say they dont have enough people to do that and they were busy. 2 days i tried calling and never once did anyone pick up that phone. The photo shop at this location is awesome! we submitted 3 photo orders the day before Father’s Day to make last minute Father’s Day presents. They were ready to pick up in 2 hours and were excellent! Thank you Rose and Walgreens photo shop!
Rude "manager" and crappy customer service. Good to know that the business is right and the customer is wrong. No worries, we'll be going to CVS, Publix or Walmart from now on. We have been loyal customers at this location for many, many years. We WON'T be back. bye bye.
