Terrible customer service at the location in Okatie, SC. I’ve been burned by them three times so I have only myself to blame. I will never use this location again for anything...not that they care though. 😒

DO NOT GET YOUR MEDICINE FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! I left my daughter dr office two hours ago and still waiting for medicine. Slow service and pharmacy works seem nonchalant. Never again will I come to this Walgreens location.
The service at Walgreen's has been stellar and I was really happy... until yesterday. My eye surgeon had prescribed Lotemax as a medication to promote healing post-surgery. It's a Bausch & Loeb steroidal eyedrop. I filled it at Walgreens about a month ago at a cost of $118. I thought it was pricy but bought it nonetheless. Well, yesterday I had to refill the script and discovered it was available from another pharmacy for $35. I don't expect everyone to match low pricing but at the same time, I don't expect to pay 300% more.... read more
Made a reservation online the day before to get a flu shot and I was in and out quickly. Walgreens has my insurance on file and all was paid for and today I feel great.
