Couple months ago there was an issue with my kids insurance. They have been billing only their secondary for over a year when I had dropped card off when it changed... ok moving one. One tech told me to bring in the card and they could re run. A week later when I did that I was told they can only run it through 2 insurances if the secondary is a state or government ins. worker in the pharmacy is very rude he should get Fired at the Miamisburg Walgreens
The customer service here is absolutely terrible. The attitude that you get from employees for simply asking a question is insane. I stopped in here today to get some prints for my baby shower, not one of the 52 of them was done correctly. The girl at the register, Jess, told me it wasn't "her job" to ensure that the prints were done correctly since they were printed off a 8:16, and she got there at 8:30. Since it's not "Jess's" job who's is it. I will drive to Walmart from now on.
The gentleman you had working the main counter on Sept 21st at 7:45PM was hands down one of the friendliest people we have encountered! I hope this gets back to him as he deserves some recognition!!
