Worst pharmacy ever every time we drop off scripts 25+ minutes and when asked how much you get told I don't have time to type that in you'll find out when you pick up !
My usual place for meds,or what ever I need, in quickly taken care of and have no problems ,
Pharmacy averaged 10 minutes per person. Yes, I timed it because I was waiting to pick up. The man made me go get an OTC and then made me get back in line. Total time an hour and a half.
I was called a few times about a prescription that was ready, but it took me a few days to get up there since I can't drive and had to find a ride. I get up there stand in line for 20 minutes, get up to the counter where I stood for another 40 minutes because they lost my prescription. It's now 6 hours later and my prescription is still "lost".
I waited in line for 40 mins he says it will be 5 mins then right then they called my name he says you have to get back in line. It's been 30 more mins and line hasn't moved.
I went to the minute clinic for my son. They told me that his ear pain was allergies and gave us allergy medicine. Four days later he is crying because his ear hurt worse. I took him to a real urgent care and they said his allergies had turned into an ear infection that Walgreens dosed the allergy medicine wrong. So, it wasn't doing anything to help him which is why it became an infection. I will never go back here for ANYTHING.
