Can you please stop printing my labels in Spanish? I do not speak that language. My name is right but the directions are in Spanish. Got a new prescription today. On the side of the bottle are directions I do not understand.
I have never in all the years that I have lived here and all the times I have come in the walgreens with my purse, regardless of size have I been asked to leave my belongings at the front door. But someone else can carry a bag around and nothing said. I have never seen Christine who ever she is at this store. Everyone basically knows me at this store and I've carried purses in this store bigger than the one I was carrying this morning at 1:30am.. You've got two men working in the photo department today who can't/won't help me print off 7 pictures I want to frame for Christmas presents. If they can't do that, why are they even standing there? 🤔
the pharmacist was so helpful!!! I've never been treated so nice in all my life! I've never had anyone go out of their way and jump through hoops to helpe like this man did!
the guy that took our RXs for an open heart patient. misspelled the name wrong, so insurance didn't go thru. he was also supose to put it in as waiting for pick up, which he didnt do either. the wife who also has had open heart surgery previously had to wait over 45 mins while in much pain herself. WON'T BE BACK.
This pharmacy is still run the same with new people training all the time in this store.
Great customer service. They even found me coupons for my prescriptions since I lost my insurance that helped me afford my medicine I need. Definitely recommend them.
