Was doing work from out of town and I get prescription meds for severe anxiety. This place tried to turn my dr. against me. Little do you know he's been my dr for many years and you're just a regular pharmacy worker. I don't need to say your name you know who you are. Don’t play baseball well.
They take their sweet time and dont have a good customer service approach. i can tell they dont want to be there and are ready to go home. the drive threw line takes longer then just walking inside
Horrible customer service!
Very poor customer service, was not willing to help and stated how much he had to do before he could see what I needed. There was only one person in front of me and he complained about having to call her insurance. He also stated it would be a hour wait before he could even help me. All I needed was the flu shot. He didn't know how to handle blue cross blue shield of Massachusetts, I would think he would since Walgreens just signed a contract with them. I went back to CVS.
This is the second time they have gave the wrong mgs on a prescription. If I didn't double check it there is no telling what would have happened. Transfering all of them to CVS! I hate CVS but hate Walgreens more at this point!!! If I could have gave them a zero I would have!!!
WORST Walgreens ever!! Extremely RUDE and unprofessional pharmacist! Trying to pick up my husbands pain meds from a workers comp claim that's been going for over a year and they claim to have no information, would not even let me pay for the meds, pharmacist lied to me, hung up on me on the phone in the drive thru and refused to talk to me, dumped my husbands meds out and gave me the prescription back and told me to go somewhere else.
