This is by far the worst Walgreens I have ever been to. They are rude and totally not helpful. The pharmacy is the worst! They are out of prescriptions most of the time and they ask so many questions about a doctor filled prescriptions. I’m sorry but a pharmacist is a pharmacist not a doctor! Fill my prescription and shut up! Also, the lady that is at the front of the store looks like she had a rough night out and hungover with no energy to even pretend like she’s friendly. The best part about Walgreens pharmacy on Old Ridge Road in Hobart is the head pharmacist, Dave. He is always smiling, courteous, kind, and helpful. He definitely goes above and beyond. He seems to know everything, but if by chance he doesn't, he goes out of his way to find out for you. He treats everyone with respect. He is the reason we go to this particular Walgreens pharmacy.
I like this Walgreens most of the technicians are friendly with the exception of one who never smiles. The Pharmacists are helpful. Sometimes the lines are too long & I don't mind if I just dropped off a new script, but if picking up it can be annoying to wait so long when you know your meds are ready. I would suggest 2 registers one for new scripts and one for pick ups only
I have been going to this store for 34 years. I won't anymore because of the pharmacist!
