Always seem to have long drive through wait times.
The pharmacy at this store is never staffed properly! It’s ridiculous to make an appointment for vaccines when you still have to wait just like a walk in!

In there for 10 minutes at the cashier desk. No body else in the store. 5 clerks walk by and see me saying that they’ll be right with me. Never happened. Didn’t get what I wanted.
The pharmacy is slower and slower each time I come. No reason to spend 20 min in line and I can’t leave because there’s a car behind me!

I will be driving to the other Walgrens in liberty because this one has the worst customer service ever. I had the store manager Devita blantly yelling at me stating I couldn't use my raincheck because it had a quantity of 8 on it and they don't do that much. Also wouldn't except my coupons because it would make my product free, which was advertised in there weekly ad as FREE with coupon. They act like that's coming out of there pocket!
