I had a prescription for 60 pills. They only gave me 34. If someone from Walgreens is monitoring this, I need someone to contact me IMMEDIATELY.
They are always confused and never has our prescriptions ready. The wait time is awful bc there so messed up
This is the last time I fill a prescription at this pharmacy. I've been on hold for 25 minutes to ask if my prescription is filled and no one will answer the phone. The last time we had to wait an hour even though the script had been ordered by phone and was to be ready a day before we actually picked it up. Walgreens needs to hire enough people to do the job. They will not get anymore of my business.
I waited over an hour on a medication that I was paying cash for, there was no insurance to check, etc. The staff was friendly, however, I felt bad for them because there was one tech & one pharmacist to take care of all the customers inside the store and in the drive-thru. The store was clean and well stocked, but the pharmacy definitely needed more help. Slowest Pharmacy EVER��� 40 minutes to fill prescription is unacceptable.
Not to happy with an hour and a half wait and the techs taking the scripts are rude not very pleased at all will defently be looking for a better pharmacy. Corporations like this don't care about there customers they make plenty of money they just make it look good and roll with it! Personally I would correct this problem I don't think I'm the only one not happy with this place!
Worse pharmacy to go too, prescription was called in a hour prior to pick up..get there and they said it will be 2 hours until I can come back to get it, I just had 3 teeth pulled this is why my Dr had it called in early, you guys suck.........
