Walgreens is a great place to shop and get your prescriptions filled but there is one particular older lady who is a cashier that is very rude to the customers. I have seen her mistreat customers way too many times. I’m not sure how she is still employed there.

I work there. I Love my job. The customers are nice and very caring. I work in the photo department. I take great pride seeing that their needs are met. Customer service is no.1 with a smile always.
Went in tonight to pick up some medicine and a very rude pharmacy technician informed for me I needed to wait my place in line and that the gentleman behind me was actually next because she walked off to help someone else and he was standing there waiting for her. When she would listen, I informed her that when I came to the register there was no one in line, the gentleman had walked off to look at other items and they can review the security cameras to see that I was the only one standing there waiting. I pretty much love this WalGreens, the only beef I have with them is that I spent $2.00 on a paper only for coupons that were not provided me. I was given inserts that were all ads but NO COUPONS! I feel like someone working there had removed the coupons from the paper. Will never again buy a Sunday newspaper there!
I love the staff at this Walgreen's. My 8 yr old son has autism and loves shopping there so we come for his entertainment. The staff treats him wonderfully and some know his name. Hillary has become his absolute favorite cashier because she takes time to talk with him and gives him ample time to answer as do the other members of the team.
