worst customer interaction I've had in a long while. I was treated unbelievably rudely by John + spoken over, treated like an idiot and made to go make a copy of my own passport because he couldn't scan it. it took over an hour to get some pre-surgery medicine for the simple reason that John was terrible at his job, gave 0 care about customers, and didn't want to deal with anything more complicated then drooling. I like the people in Pharmacy they are very professional handling and communicate the costumer before you get the prescription? They will explain everything...
After several mishaps over getting simple prescriptions filled, including waiting a day for a refill and, today, their not wanting to fill a simple, topical prescription I've had them fill yearly over a technicality, I will no longer list them as my favored pharmacy or even so much as buy a lipstick from them again.
