I have been going to Walgreens for a couple of months and I have been treated with great customer service until today. I was falsely accused of tampering with my id and was completely insulted and embarrassed. I frequent this store all the time and have great conversation with the cashiers. I have never been treated in such a way. I love ❤️Walgreens but the store manager not so much.
Was great and then the pharmacy tech was very rude! Most people in Birkdale take their dogs to all locations around the area including restaurants, when we walked into Walgreens the manager and some other employees were very sweet to our dog (small king charles spaniel) who was kept on a tight leash. While waiting in line for a prescription a girl walked up and in a very rude tone asked if she was a service dog and if not she needed to be put in a cart.
