The manager named Gene needs more training. I paid cash for an item that was 65 dollars. I returned it with my receipt 7 days later becaaue it didnt work and he refused to give me my cash back. Wanted to give me store credit. I went to another Walgreens and they had no problem giving me my cash back. They said he should have known he only had to give my reward money back to me on a card. which was a dollar. I just want the store manager to teach him this so he doesnt do this to someone else!!

This is a wonderful store. I go here regularly after work to pick up groceries. management and staff are always very friendly. I would give it 10 million stars if that was an option on Facebook.
This is absolutely the worst Walgreens there is had a script to be filled on 10 July they call the doctor and they said don’t fill it till the 14th now I’m going to be without medication for four days if something happens to me look for a lawsuit Walgreens I will be taking my business elsewhere maybe you need to get some more pharmaceutical friendly people
Just flat out terrible. Prescriptions should never take 2 hours to fill with sick children, yet these people do! Every time! 👏🏼 Awful.
Had samples on a large table i picked up one bag and was told by employee I could not have a sample unless I bought something. So I said no I am not buying anything amd she took the bag out of my buggy. Thats rude and sad because I shop there 3 times a week!! I should take my business elsewhere.
Went there three times to fill one prescription. Had to call my doc to have them resend two because Walgreens acted like they didnt have my prescription. I said no way, finally someone 'found it' then they made me pull around and wait 20 minutes for them to fill it. Not only did they waste my time, not a single person apologized to me for the confusion or inconvenience. I know it was a mistake, or error on someones part. This is the absolutely worst pharmacy there is! They either don't have your meds and don't call to tell you. Say they have called or faxed a Dr. when they haven't. Let you assume your meds are filled and get there and tell you they ran out of your prescription!! I will NEVER use them again!!
