Unfortunately I have to agree with many other reviews. The staff is nice but a simple phone call had a wait time of over 30 minutes. I actually drove to the store while on hold and never got through. When I arrived I asked about our prescription (Amoxicillin) that had been called in at 9am the previous day. They said 15-30 minutes left as it had been "printed". This was at noon. The pharmacy staff always has been friendly and helpful. Just can't seem to ever be able to reach them by phone. The wait is always long. You never get through or you get disconnected. When you have questions or other issues it's so frustrating after a 45 minute or so wait and then you get disconnected. Time to go somewhere else.
The pharmacy tech of east Asian descent always announces the names of medications outloud, which unfortunately disrespects patient privacy! For example, he announced the gentleman in front of me was picking up metformin, so now I know the man has diabetes. I've told him numerous times to stop doing this, and he still persists. It's time to report to the Board of Pharmacy.
Waited over half an hour on hold with me being next in line... They don't have my prescription in stock and say its on the way. But that doesn't tell me WHEN it'll be there. I'd much rather drive to another pharmacy to guarantee getting it the same day...
