The pharmacy tech of east Asian descent always announces the names of medications outloud, which unfortunately disrespects patient privacy! For example, he announced the gentleman in front of me was picking up metformin, so now I know the man has diabetes. I've told him numerous times to stop doing this, and he still persists. It's time to report to the Board of Pharmacy.
Waited over half an hour on hold with me being next in line... They don't have my prescription in stock and say its on the way. But that doesn't tell me WHEN it'll be there. I'd much rather drive to another pharmacy to guarantee getting it the same day...
Worst service with supply problems! They blamed my insurance for the low quantity of medication they prepared for me. In fact my insurance did pay for full quantity. I had my health advocate call them and she found out that they have supply issues!
The pharmacy drive is so very slow if a medicine is not field u should let them know so they are not setting there to be filled so other won't be setting in line for almost 20 to 30 mints wast of time
