Let's talk about Texas City's Walgreens. Do other customers find that the personnel there change so often that no one really knows what's going on? or that they don't get your prescriptions right? or that they tell you they are out of a medication and you need to come back in two or three days, then when you fuss, they "find" enough to fill the order? or that they want to argue about manufacturer's coupons that worked perfectly last month but now they say are for a different med than you've been prescribed all the while blam... read more

Went into the pharmacy today to get 2 prescriptions filled for my mother. After waiting in a long line, I finally made it to the counter at 7 PM and was told the prescriptions would not be ready until after 10 PM. I asked for the prescriptions back, drove half a block to CVS and had both prescriptions filled, paid for and walked out under 15 minutes. Unbelievable the difference in service and personnel! Needless to say, I won't be back to Walgreens!
Awful!! Forget calling, on hold forever!!! I wish they would get it together!
I've been on hold for over a hour and a half I'm very upset this is beyond horrible
