Horrible service had my wife running to several other Walgreens only to finally say after 10 hours oh we have your prescription. This is why chains ultimately fail.
Extremely dumbfounded, the hospital is right across the street they have closed cvs and other pharmacies today Saturday and you closed at 6:00pm. I should have stood as a client with CVS service suck but were open at least till 9 pm. Now i am driving.all over to find a walgreens. You clearly do not care. You continue to renovate the store and for what i saw many sick people even with asthma looking for meds. Shame on you.
HELP! I am confused. I sent 2 videotapes via Walgreen's (#13920) to be transferred to DVDs (#347608) I don't think the clerk knew what she was doing. I keep getting email from iMemories for half price transfer for new orders. I cannot reach them by phone...always busy. I thought I was going to edit my videotapes online. Please advise 1. how to apply half price offer and 2. when will my material be available online to edit? I am being told by other IMemories customers that it is a rip off.
Poor customer service. Does it really take 3hrs to fill a prescription. Next month i will switching to CVS.
Always takes hours to fill a prescription. They are supposed to check voice-mail every half hour. They check every two hours. I hate talking to off site people. When I call a pharmacy I want to talk to the store pharmacy. Waste of time and money. Only reason I go there is because I don't have a car and it's close by.
