I just came out of work, waites in line and tried to have an item returned before it turns 30 days. The lady at the counter stated that she cant process per policy. I understand there’s policies that needs to be followed however this information is not in the receipt that theres certain hours for returns. I asked for the manager and she stated that they wont be back until 8am. I work at a Hyatt Hotel and its open 24 hours there should always be a manager on duty for assistance. I even don't want to give this star! Their pharmacy is nightmare! Everytime, nightmare! I went there to get medicines, Michelle told me that need 25-30mins. Okay I decided to wait coz the patient in my home needs amoxicillin to prevent from infection! I saw she's working busily, but other two staffs in the office are chatting and one of them taking a photo of her Starbucks then write something on her iPhone, no one prepared my medicine! I needed my blood pressure taken. So I was looking for the kiosk or machine that would do this for me. When I asked the pharmacist, he stated that he would take my pressure. So he came out a did so. Then he spoke to me about my pressure and discussed how long it had been high and that I should see a doctor in the next couple of days. Very nice service, that I truly appreciated.
