Don’t feel that I have to show id, present a card, or give a phone number in order to be treated with the same dignity as other customers and get charged the same price as other. I feel that it is a scam to charge people more money for a product simply because they don’t give “full disclosure”. I just walked out of your store on Ward Rd Lees Summit Mo and will not be back. Back to Walmart instead of Walgreens, Price Chopper or any other store that charges some customers as special and some as second rate customers.
The ladies that handle the customers are rude, have a don't care attitude. 40 min to get a prescription filled is completely unacceptable. The. To have to come back wait in line and only to have a mother lady come up and take care of the drive through. Ridiculous
They gave me a pick up time and my scripts weren't ready. She had the nerve to ask me to drive around and get back in line so I don't hold up other cars. It didn't happen, finally ready at 6:35. Get home and I'm missing one prescription. Need a new pharmacy this isn't the first time this has happened. It's the third time since October.
Good service. They will help you find things instead of pointing in a general direction and saying "its off there".
