Horrible customer service! I will be driving to CVS on village lake from now on. It’s worth the extra gas this Walgreens is absolutely terrible.
People talks about customer service and doesn't appreciate what people try to do with there work. If you think for a minute that its easy working in a pharmacy or dealing with people that are rude or doesn't have any respect or manners for other's then try other Pharmacy and you'll see who's professions do what. Trust me been there done it. Staff is horrible!!!! They make you call the doctor 20 times to get approved for a refill, than they call you and say its refilled, when you show up at the drive thru to pick up, they say there is now insurance issues. Total loss time: 1 hour. I ended paying myself to not have to waste more time on the getting their information right. OH, AND I DIDNT EVEN GET AN APOLOGY!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! DONT GO THERE!!!!!
