Allowed me to wait sitting in front of them for over 20 minutes, and then tell me I need to go to CVS to have my grand babies prescription filled. When the very rude pharmacist then yells I called you over the intercom. First you can’t here the intercom in their waiting area. And second I was the only one sitting there why not just tell me. For the pharmacist professionalism is free and your poor display of it has confirmed that I will never shop Walgreens again even if I have to pay more. Customer Service training needed. Pharmacy issues at this Walgreens. Because of the way the pharmacy billed CIGNA the flue shot was not covered and we paid the $39.99 for the shot. Management became aware of the problem and we were given a full refund. I will still shop there but I will be more aware of the pharmacy cost.
Would like to thank the store for supplying water to the area in the midst of the approaching hurricane...Irma! Excellent service and allowing us 6 cases per household! Much appreciated and the only store in the area that had any...stay safe everyone!
Always had good service at the pharmacy. Very helpful, went out of their way to make sure I had no questions.
If any of you are or were looking for the Walgreens Exclusive Marvel Pops, Do NOT go to the Walgreens off of East Bay & Keene in Largo. The employees keep the good ones in the back and refuse to sell them to customers. I watched the manage, yes the Manager, sell all 4 of the Pops left to an employee after she came from the back with them. The Pops never even hit the floor! SHAME!
My favorite store is on the corner of Belcher Rd. and Sunset Point Rd.Clearwater....
