Hire competent pharmacy staff that STOP stuffing walgreens brand medications in your bag when you clearly state and restate that you want name brand. Your staff are MISUSING the national database and causing FRAUD -- because they give the customer the WRONG med, then refund the customer, but the customer NEVER can get what they wanted -- and there fore there is a whole container of medicine that is unaccounted for. Then your managers DEFEND the criminal activity of the incompetent staff !!! Unbelievable.
