This has to be the worst place of all time. They couldn't fight their way out a wet paper bag. I think they are ALL school drop outs. Tomorrow I'm going to move to CVS. I hear they can do better.
First thing is pharmacy lady doesnt know a thing about laws concerning out regions and how they affect prescriptions refills,so frustrated about this l can hardly think how they screwed up this stuff.
The standard line at my house is “I hate Walgreens” so why do I go there? Insurance. I can’t remember the last time I left I wasn’t ticked off, but today topped it. I went in at 4:10 to get a new script filled plus pickup a couple more my dr had sent in. At 5:15 an employee passed me and I said I have been here an hour, can you check my order. Her response was yeah we’ve got some, just get in the back of the line and we will get to you”. Such rudeness and indifference.
I am still waiting for a manager to call me as the store employees agreed to have one call in regards to inappropriate behavior of a pharmacy tech
Pharmacy staff rude, ignorant and incompetent. Will not spend another cent here.
I don't understand why it should take 15 minutes per car in the drive thur pharmacy. I mean you give them you name, verify address, pay and move on. If you have questions get your lazy but out of you car and go in.
