RecommendedEverytime I visit, at night. The store is neat and clean. Very friendly staff. Glad to see police patrolling the store. always nice to pop in quickly. and pop out. They get you in and out.
I went to get a prescription filled around 10 p.m. she said 45 mins of course the time came and gone; once fill I will get a text, but that did not happen. We went back to the window; her response the benefit number will not go through. I asked for the card call the number. The CS for the card asked to speak with the pharmacy gave her the correct info; she stated 15 mins we gave 30 went back meds that cost 243.00 we paid 10. I have been on the phone on hold for almost an hour for the pharmacist so I can get a prescription refilled and they never come to the phone yet that's some poor service
This may be the worst pharmacy in Baton Rouge. I went in to fill a prescription for my wife that was released from the hospital. I was denied from the pharmacist/manager due to the prescription being from out of town. I offered to bring her in or her ID. I was still refused. I asked her to call the Doctor or his nurse, she still refused and wouldn't even pick up the phone. I then went to CVS, which was a pleasure to deal with and filled the prescription. Just pulling into Walgreens raises my blood pressure. I have never had a good experience at any Walgreens. They have given us the wrong prescription, told us it was ready when it wasn't, waited 2 hours for them to fill a prescription. I could go on and on. I will never use Walgreens again even if I feel like I am going to die!!!!!!!!
