Went inside of store approximately 10:30 pm. Am hearing impaired and was in line to check out. Was 6 ft away from customer, cashier told me to move back further, I kept asking her what are you saying, & told her I couldn’t hear her. She shook her head & rolled her eyes. The pharmacy here is the slowest pharmacy I've ever been to. It always takes forever even when there is no one else in line or at the drive thru. I used the express pay option and sent my husband the code so he could pick up my scripts on his way home. They charged him for the items even though I had already paid. When trying to clear things up I called 3 times and was on hold for about 30-45 each time. They would pick up and then put me right back on hold without saying anything. Tonight, I filled my last ever prescription at Walgreens. After it took 3 hours to fill ONE med, when I commented on the amount of time it took to the cashier checking me out at the drive through, her response was “that’s fine. We have other patients.” Nice to care, Walgreens. Hope your remaining “patients” enjoy their 3 hour minimum wait. So shameful!!! I will be sharing this experience with as many people as possible.
