Service and employee's are BOTH BAD!! NEVER GOING back!! WAY to go, Walgreens.
A joke when comes to filling an out of state script when they say no problem filling a narcotic if I take it to the pharmacy in that state ( that it was prescribed in)they can fill it here (in ocala). Guess what, when I did that then they say they can't do that cause it's a narcotic. What is the point of being nationwide if you're really local? (False advertisement I say) cause if I take the hard copy from the Dr in Indiana they can't fill it in FL because it don't have a Florida stamp on it ... worthless and not nationwide ... read more
Tired of being accosted by pan handlers outside store 24/7. The last 5 times I have came out of this store some begger runs over and asks for money. I even called them today and they did nothing. I'll have to start going elsewhere.
Picking up a few things this afternoon at Walgreens and while looking at laundry items an employee comes over and changes the price marked on the shelf for a particular detergent. The new price was $1 and some chance more. I asked her why the price went up and was told because a coupon came out for it. Wow....that's shady! I had no idea they did this!!!
We are here on a very regular basis (1-2 times per week). It never fails that we are assaulted by panhandlers at the front door.
This Walgreens pharmacist Vic Chebrolu just lost Walgreens a customer. I spent $1636.00 at Walgreens in 2015 maybe chump change but for me it is alot of money. He is rude and needs to find a job not in customer relations. I will find a pharmacy/store that wants my $1600.
I always forget how terrible the lines can be, they nicely say "welcome to Walgreens", I'm guessing that means don't expect to get out quickly, get comfortable...
We really love this store and the employees. The Pharmacy and staff are awesome.
