Never had a problem at this pharanacy until this morning after from the er with my sick daughter. The cashier being rude over her Medicaid number and my head phones fell in the hole next to the scanner the manager was very rude being lazy not to help me and I had to be rude to them not helping me in front of my sick child. So the other cashier was busy on the phone that help me under 5 minutes got her medicine which she was a sweetheart and the pharmacist busy with his papers routine. My worse experience I ever had.
I have always had long waits at the pharmacy, understaffed. The cashier is never quick or friendly. I finally wrote this after a second experience of mislabeled prices which they never honor and was told rudely. I worked customer service for years...certainly looked noting like this
