They gave my mom the wrong medications. And they are expecting my mom to pay again for her medications that we had requested 3 times through phone, online, and in person. Worst customer service. Go somewhere else where the technician and pharmacist actually care! They had lied to me so many times that her insurance never approve for her medication, when it was my mom insurance company who called my mom to go pickup her refilled because it was ready! Unprofessional staff and need more training!
Always long line. Always busy...i never went there without not waiting in line for at least 30 minutes
Bullshit ass pharmacy . Tell you to come back in 30 min and you come in hour and it still isn't ready . Tell you to wait another 5 minutes turned into 40 min and you wait in line again wtf
They took forever to fill my prescription. I was told it would be 45 minutes and it took an hour and a half. The people waiting for their prescription were hostile, which made me very nervous. I would only go back in an emergency!
Their service in the pharmacy is sooo slow! And they're inconsiderate!
I placed 3 photo orders online for pick up at this location. I left the store crying and with no photos because the guy tossed my pictures on a box. I had explained to him that I needed the pictures for a memorial program and they were pictures of my deceased relative who is a Veteran. I would not recommend this store's photo center, there are Walgreen's locations nearby that have excellent customer service.
Some people need not work in the public! Pharmacy department staff is very rude! The tech wants me to come back later because she has other prescriptions to fill not my problem! This should have been ready last night at 10 and you still want me to wait ummmm no thank you!
