This is the pharmacy to which my prescriptions are being transferred from my A+ Rite Aid. The customer service in the pharmacy is a D-. One person in particular is downright rude. I know they are busy but wow, I as a senior and a Tri-Care beneficiary don't deserve this. The pharmacists are great as are the front cashiers. I have spoken to the store manager, but she must be good at her job as she is still there. So truly sorry I have to go here instead of my RiteAid. There is a reason I don't come to this pharmacy! They can't seem to get anything together. They first tell me my prescription is delayed because of insurance. They said the secondary denied it because it isn't part of their formulary. So I asked how much the co-pay was... uh, your primary covered it 100% so there's no issue. We will process it. (So you mean Tricare denied a $0 claim?? �) So I come in to get it - another hour later. It's still not ready. They need to know how often I'm supposed to take it. Hello - IT IS A ONE... read more
I just bought a pack of cigarettes there today! Well I get home and the 6$ pack I bought are stale I call and tell the manger Vincent and he says I'm pretty much out of my 6$ because they won't replace them or give my money back !!! Pissed off
Extremely disappointed in the care your patients receive in regards to their medicine. You give my father a faulty nasal spray, a prescribed medication. When he goes in to have it replaced you refuse to hold you products to proper quality. Instead you tell him he cannot get it replaced with one that works. He needs to use a refill, which will get denied because he just got it a couple of days ago.
The photo manager is beyond rude and doesn't know how to do her job. A young girl with dark hair helped me and she was AMAZING! She was helping 5 other customers while helping me at the same time. Manager broke my phone trying to find the USB setting...it doesn't HAVE one! Then she slammed it down and said "well your phone doesn't work right" (well, no. Not after YOU BROKE IT).
