This pharmacy is the worst. There's always a long line and at least a 15-20 wait. Those poor workers are understaffed all the time and I just don't understand why the store doesn't hire more people to help with their obvious high demand. Because of the horrible pharmacy conditions, they have a high turnover rate, which in turn, causes many billing mistakes and problems with getting perscriptions on time since their staff doesn't get all the proper training needed. One line for everything really Walgreens it's not rocket science it's common sense one line to drop off one line to pick up doesn't matter what we think I'm changing pharmacies anyway I hate the way your system works because it doesn't work and you're right everybody is frustrated in line waiting I'm done with you!
I sent an order online to print my sons birthday invitations and they were cropped all wrong when I went to pick them up. Maria at the photo counter was so helpful and together we fixed them and she reprinted them on the spot! I'm super happy with the result and so thankful for Maria R!! �
Good people in the pharmacy, but they can't handle the amount of business they have. They need to go back to having a separate wait line for those persons who are dropping off prescriptions. Funneling everyone into one line makes for horrendously long lines and frustrated customers. Are you listening, Walgreens? Change it back!
If I could give it no stars I would this is by far the most ass backwards pharmacy I've ever experienced
Walgreens is great, but something needs to change with their pharmacy. They are always busy and seem to always be understaffed, and seriously disorganized!! I was there for an hour and a half yesterday waiting to pick up a presciption that was supposed to have been filled two days prior. Something needs to change because the long wait time is always an issue, no matter what day or what time of day I come in.
