Very disappointed in the hour I wasted waiting in line at pharmacy and having “photo specialist” attempt to put in my insurance info, only to finally be told that your store can’t give flu shots to a child. I get it- it’s against GA law. Problem is my hour wait to get this info from the guy wearing the “photo specialist” badge. If he’s in training, someone needs to oversee him to speed up the process for myself and all the other people waiting behind me. I will take my business elsewhere.
We dropped our 10 year old girl's prescription today at about 1:00 PM and we're told that it would be about an hour and a half. After running several errands and feeding my family dinner, I went back at about 7:30 PM. I was told that they were "OUT OF THAT PRESCRIPTION". NO phone call. Nothing. And our contact information is current. I was only told that they would have it tomorrow morning. That's just great. Expecting snow and sleet tomorrow morning. Thanks a pant-load!!!
Today as I was cleaning my kitchen table I ran across a Walgreens prescription bag and as I went to throw it away I noticed there was something else in the bag. Upon opening it I saw a letter with my name on it and inside was a Christmas card from the sweet girl, Kandace, who always greets me with a smile when I come to the pharmacy.
