Getting to be the normal situation, order a script told it will be ready get there and they don't have it in. Told to come back the next day. Show up in the late afternoon. First response is don't have it. Explain that I was told the day before they would have it ready by today. They look and it is there just not ready come back in 15 min. Still not ready. Was lied to on Saturday and my daughters ANTI SEIZURE medication was not order like I was told it would be and she now has to go almost 24 hrs without her meds....on top of a rude drive threw worker!
