Please improve customer service. I waited at the counter for several minutes before I was acknowledged. I was told to wait "in the line." There was no one waiting when I arrived but when I was finally acknowledged three or four people had trickled in. I asked where I should wait twice before I was told to stand on or near the blue squares on the floor. So, I waited about ten minutes behind people who had arrived after me.
