RecommendedI had no insurance coverage for 3 years after I lost my job; this Walgreens worked with me, and got me my epilepsy medication (plus a few others) at less than one tenth what other major pharmacies were willing to charge. The store staff and pharmacy staff are always friendly and polite. I would recommend this store to anyone and everyone.
No professionalism of staff, glacially slow service, no follow through on tasks. Ordinarily I would never use this pharmacy but I needed a prescription for my dog who is having seizures. An hour an a half later I am still waiting for the prescription. If you like wasting a lot of your personal time, use this pharmacy, otherwise go somewhere that actually performs efficiently. I wish I could give them zero stars.
I am very frustrated with this Walgreens. It used to be nice, but now the pharmacy staff seems increasingly incompetent with poor customer service skills. Just had a refill request denied by my doctor because they thought I still had refills. Walgreens begs to differ and were rude to me, refusing to even help sort out this mess. Was the medication a narcotic or something easily abused? No, it was an asthma medication. Also, every time I call, I get placed on hold and then hung up on. Multiple times. Really Walgreens?
I am very disappointed with this location. Our prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be. When we show up it "will always be "10 more minutes". What is the purpose of a call ahead service? Or they fill prescriptions they were sent to be put on file.
