we have been going to this store since last year in October.they have filled out a form for medicaid transportation every since we started coming back to wallgreens.my husband has medicaid and Medicare.today they refused too fill out his paper work saying they could not because it was not paid by Medicaid.every time before today it was done.the lack of care in this matter could coast me his transportation.to our doctors and to get medications in the future. if this was the first time we asked for paper work too be done and i... read more
RecommendedI go there to get my prescriptions. And the staff that works there that passes out the prescriptions are very friendly and very well educated with their job. it is always a delight to be able to walk into the store it's a know that they will take care of me!!!!! GODSPEED

I would not recommend the store on 17th St, across from New Hanover Regional Medical Center. The Manager is rude and unprofessional. I went in to purchase something and had a question. When he came over he was speaking to me as if I was stupid and that he was more superior than I was. That is not the way to handle a regular customer. I was frequent at this particular location.
