The clinic is trash since they switched to SSM health clinic. They over charge for a simple strep test and a doctor visit. I will NEVER return to Walgreens because of this reason or to any SSM health care provider AGAIN.
I was on hold for 27 minutes waiting for a representative. Said there were 3 or more ahead of me to answer before me, after 11 minutes it said there were only two ahead of me. When answered 17 minutes later I mentioned to her the wait and all she said I believe our phone system is messed up. My call probably took a minute and a half. Anyone else dealing with this kind of service? The Pharmacy is terrible they will ignore you for as long as possible in the drive thru and inside. I've seen plenty of people get mad and leave. Gonna use cvs pharmacy now. Better customer service!
Horrible horrible horrible wait times at the pharmacy. Not only was my son's antibiotics NOT ready AFTER the promised time but they also didn't have it in stock! I never received any notification that it wouldn't be ready or that it was out of stock. That was the last straw, I'm switching to CVS! Worst Walgreens pharmacy in the area!
Horrible wait times in pharmacy. After waiting an hour someone just prances up and has their pain med filled in record timing while I wait on my baby's flu medicine. Oh BTW a few minutes does make a difference on the 48hr time line for the flu meds.
Terrible customer service and always a long wait at the pharmacy
There is always a long line and wait at the pharmacy only to get staff who have no idea what they are doing. Terrible customer service
