They are so stupidly frustrating.They've had a wrong number associated with my account that they refuse to change . For years this nonsense has gone on.I go very infrequently but the recently i had to pick up a very important asthma medication. I gave them my very own actual phone number which i've had for 15 yeas and was rejected. I don't know how this mistake was made ,I don't know why it was made and I cannot convince them of my real telephone number.How can a person fight such pig headed-ness and stupidity.
20 min on hold and then a live person comes on and says, "please hold for 35 more minutes" and it goes back to the music. today, on hold 16:39 minutes, hold on, we will be with you shortly time for some more help at this location.
