Why does a pharmacy that has four or five people working there completely close down for lunch from 1:30pm to 2pm? Couldn't they just rotate who goes to lunch every 30 minutes from 11am to 2pm that way they don't have to close? Seems very unproductive to me. A customer has to schedule picking up medicine around THEIR schedule and that to me is poor customer service.
