I was having trouble using a digital coupon, an employee named Casey that was checking me out couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t working either. He was very rude said he would give my the advertised price but he wouldn’t do it again as if I was trying to get something for free. I won’t go back there again. If he has run me off you know he’s been rude to others as well
The pharmacy employees are rude and they dont know wharmt they are doing. They never get my prescriptions filled on time and when I finally do get it filled it is only a partial fill. I have to come back 3 or 4 times to get the full amount of one prescriotion. If they have to call the doctor, they drop the ball. I was in there tonight and the tall red haired girl yelled at me across the pharmacy. I wont tolerate this treatment. They will never answer the phone or they leave you in hold for 30 minutes. Don't like or even understand the 'points system'...I do like CVS savings plan...
I absolutely love this wallgreen's in Millbrook! The whole staff (everybody) in the store helps me out with situations, from A to Z always, & that is a task in it's self! ...The pharmacy is dependable, & very nice. Barry is wonderful, extremely helpful & noligable......The store is stocked full of just about everything. A one-stop store!
They are ok if you can ever get them to answer their damn phone! On hold for over 18 minutes, then they hung up on me. I had to call back to the front cashier and threaten to move my prescriptions before I could get some help...
My daughter-in-law had a horrific ear infection and was in a great deal of pain. She had gone to the doctor on Saturday where it was discovered that she was allergic and having an allergic reaction to the prescribed medicine. She spent hours in the emergency room to get a late night prescription written for her. We immediately drove to Walgreens in Millbrook to get this filled.
