I was going to transfer my RX because I was unhappy with my current drug store. I am a diabetic and am taking about 6 meds. A couple of these meds are expensive. I have Fed emp Blue Cross insurance but it does not always cover expensive meds. My current drug store searches for “discounts” or manufacturer coupons. These can amount to a significant difference. Last year, they gave me somebody else's prescription & not my own. When I came back, they say that they have been busy and "it happens sometimes ". (It shouldn't. Ever.) I changed pharmacies. Today, I went in to print photos. I have A LOT of photos on my phone. The girl tells me it will take a while, so I ask if it I is ok to go pick up a couple of things. She says it's fine, so I go straight to the 2 items & straight back to photo. She had unplugged my phone & started with another customer who had walked up! I asked if my p... read more

This store is not worth the one. single. star I gave it. The pharmacists are not concerned with customer service; they are more concerned about talking over you to prove how much better they are than you. I do not recommend this pharmacy one. little. bit.
They’re SO RUDE always. I never have a good experience at this pharmacy.
Wal-Mart transferred my scripts cause they were out of Tamiflu. We picked up a few items at Wal-Mart got to Walgreens and girl said about 15 minutes came back to Window and was told 15 minutes. 15 turned to 30 wasn't real pleased about that.
