I was told days ago my prescription would be filled automatically and I would not have to call back. Nope. Call today to get it filled then called to check if it was ready long after it was supposed to be. On hold for 30 minutes then hung up on TWICE. Go in where the worker is rude and the pharmacist is rude and said fine when I said I was transferring my prescriptions. Totally lack of customer service/interest/help. Rude, rude, RUDE!
The fact you close your pharmacy at 6PM on a Saturday, right next to a hospital, is absolutely ridiculous and senseless. I’ve only ever used Walgreens pharmacy but I’m glad to say I’ll never fill a prescription here again.
But get the panhandlers off the front sidewalk! I was there to get RX’s NOT to be harassed by homeless trash!
I have been in line for almost an hour and 20 minutes. This is an absolute crying shame. No one knows what is going on and they never answer the phone. Something needs to be done to correct this. *Edit* Then these hoes has the balls to have a bad attitude. All of them need to be fired.
Staff friendly get me out quickly love them all that's my favorite store find myself there some time just to visit them
Understaffed , slow, has filled my prescription incorrectly twice. Seriously??? How do they even manage that!!! Take your business elsewhere!!!!
I would give it less than 1 star, but Facebook won't let you. Why have technology, such as an app that allows you to refill prescriptions, if you're not actually going to fill prescriptions ahead of time submitted through that technology? No, rather than use tools that are in place to allow filling prescriptions to be an efficient process, we're going to just completely ignore the orders on that technology and have customers waste their time waiting on their prescriptions when they tried to DO IT AHEAD OF TIME.
