I went through the drive-thru to pick up my meds. First she said they didn't have anything for me. After I explained that I got a text today and yesterday from them. She miraculously found it. Then she stated to me you know it's $100.00? And I said ok. Will you ring it up? What did that statement mean?
My husband just witnessed a Lake Jackson Walgreens employee carry three large packages of toilet paper out the back door to a car in the parking lot. He was in the drive thru pharmacy line and they walked right past him. Thinking they had toilet paper in stock, he went inside after he got his prescription and the toilet paper shelves were empty. This pharmacy is ridiculous! They screw it up every time I have had to use them! Official business has been lost from me!
This has to be one of the worst examples of a business that I have ever seen. Took a prescription to them at 10 am and was informed that we could pick it up at around 1pm. At 4 pm we went to pick it up and was told that the medication milligrams we wrote wrong so they could not fill it. When asked why they did not call so we could correct it we were informed it was not their job to do that or to call the doctor to verify the prescription. GREAT customer service there Mr. WALGREENS!
