Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. And they will lie to you. My medicine was supposed to be here 5 days ago, and still not here.
Employee knew they were sick and continued to work. With that said, that shows some employees only care about the check and not their personal job!

I was able to get a Shingles shot and pneumonia shot here. I didn't have a long wait. The employees were very helpful.
No one knows how to speak or acknowledge a customer waiting at the counter. I assume Drive-thru is more important because she continued to serve car after car as if I wasn’t standing there still without acknowledgement.
Pharmacy is horrible. They told me they that I wasn’t on my insurance policy (I am the primary) because they had my DOB wrong on my account. They told me once I got it sorted out they would credit me. I went in to get the credit after I (the customer) figured out THEIR error & she told me I only had 7 days to do that. No one told me that & they wouldn’t give it to me. Pharmacy tech was super rude. 90% of the time I go the line is out to the road because they only utilize 1 of the 2 drive throughs. The wait times have gotten completely RIDICULOUS. I dropped my prescription off around 3 yesterday and here it is 6:30p today and I’m waiting for my meds. I’ve been using Walgreens’s for years but since they have accumulated Rite-Aid it’s a complete and utter mess. If you aren’t waiting forever, they can’t find your prescription, the lines are horrendous or your prescription was never filled and you coming back on a daily basis with an attitude because you fed up. I’m through, going to CVS.
I enjoy doing business with Walgreens. The people are friendly and it’s always a good experience
This is a terrible pharmacy to have your medicines filled! I have been patient and do not mind the wait times but the horrible customer service is why I do NOT recommend this pharmacy at all! The staff are not friendly and will talk to you any kind of way.
