I just had a really horrible experience at this Pharmecy with a man named Jonathon. I’ve been trying to get my medication for two weeks from different CVS and there’s been a shortage so my doctor finally called it in to Walgreens in hope that they were not included in the shortage for my medication. Jonathon was extremely rude. He was aggressive and didn’t let me ask follow up questions. He said that my doctor was “outside the area” but he’s in San Diego and I’ve been seeing him for ten years. They are very under staffed, but they get the job done
The customer service in this pharmacy is horrible. The Pharmacist Andrew Tran have me waited for over 10 mins for consultation. Never come back again
When calling the pharmacy to obtain prescription information I am always left on hold for 15 minutes or more and then transferred to a line that continues to ring. The customer service at this pharmacy is not patient- centered.
