I called to ask if they have the medication I needed.. they said yes so I got my Dr to sent the prescription.. came to pick up.. they tell me they don't have the medicine.. like really😳😳😳
Waiting for more than 20 minutes online to order an antibiotic for my daughter. When finally get to the counter the employee with no good afternoon or any kind of welcome tell me that It will be ready in 20 minutes but it was really more than 30minute. In my way out I count 12 frustrate patients still online. Management need to pay more attention to quality service and costumer satisfaction.
They never have enough staff in the pharmacy in the early evening when everyone is stopping in after work.
